Mission Statement
Our goal is to foster the development of the whole child, emotionally, socially physically and cognitively in a
caring, safe and challenging educational environment.
Curriculum
The high school students in the child care classes write lesson plans which will be posted on the ppratt.com web
site.
These lessons will adhere to the Guidelines for Preschool Learning Experiences set forth by the Massachusetts
Board of Education.
The activities will change every fifteen minutes and will include; English language arts, math, science, physical
activities, art and music for the week.
Required
Being potty trained and able to use the toilet on their own.
Birth certificate.
Current immunization record.
Tuition $150.00 per year for morning or afternoon and $300.00 for all day.
NEED TO BRING
A good attitude
Appropriate clothing for seasonal weather (it is usually cold on Monday mornings at THS).
Sneakers or shoes for active play
Jacket or sweater
Washable clothing (we paint)
A healthy snack and a drink for morning. (9:05)

This program begins at the end of September and runs Monday through Thursday.
We follow the regular THS schedule for days off vacations and inclement weather.
Times … 7:45 to 10:15
Morning program will end when the seniors leave, usually the third week of May.

This program which runs Tuesday through Thursday, starts at the beginning of November and continues until the
middle of January to open again in March and runs until the middle of June.
All Day Program
This is a combination of the morning and afternoon programs.
We look forward to working with and watching your child grow in many ways. We need you to help us by asking
your child questions about their day. We learn more as we talk about and practice what we have processed
through our brains.
